SOMEONE OUT TO KILL ME

IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION, FROM SOMEBODY WHO KNEW THE PLOT, THAT ONE PERSON IS BENT ON MURDERING ME.

This is the price I have to pay for choosing the path of righteousness in all the contests for justice in all the fights for the underprivileged and the poor.  In all these battlefields I have fought and I am still fighting in it has always been indispensable for me to face people from ruling classes because they are always the enemies of justice.

At least my friends know who this someone is.

The battle for justice here in the Phl is often won by those who have guns, gold, greed and guts to do wrong.

If God permits it for me to be killed, so be it.   But my dreams for the Filipino to be under the jury system will never die.

So many who have been educated by my campaign for the PEOPLE'S JUSTICE SYSTEM will nurture the dream for it to show beautiful flowers transforming into delicious fruits.

The jury system of justice I dream is where the people themselves -- through their representatives chosen from among them by raffle and further screening to determine their level of discernment and capability to be fair -- will be the one to say who should be charged in court and who should be convicted. Not the judges who often vow to money and fear.

Once this dream is realized, it will be the only day when my soul will be happy in heaven looking at a real government by the people, for the people, and of the people.

A building cannot stand when one of its foundations is weak and easy to break.  One such foundation is justice.  If justice foundation is creaky, the edifice will crumble to the kingdom come.
