AMERICA MUST ADMIT WRONG, APOLOGIZE FOR MURDERING MACARIO SAKAY ET AL

Let us demand from the US government that it issue an official statement admitting the revolting wrong of committing injustice to Macario Sakay and his men, and issue official apology for revolting injustice against the Filipino people.

It is damning to know that the USA that should otherwise set an example of what due process is secured the guilty verdict and the death sentences against Macario Sakay and company upon the false evidence admitted in the trial court by Judge Ignacio Villamor. 

For convicting Sakay and company, Villamor was later rewarded with the position as the First President of the University of the Philippines and as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.

American collaborator Dr. Dominador Gomez was the one responsible for cheating Sakay and company into believing that the US governor general was sincere in his offer that the national assembly seats will be given to the Filipinos. 

At that time, Gomez was sentenced to suffer four years of imprisonment for the crime of sedition committed by leading a labor organization.  His sentence was not implemented in exchange for his consent to negotiate with Sakay to convince the latter to surrender.

A few weeks after the execution of Sakay and company, the appealed case of Gomez was dismissed by the Supreme Court for insufficient evidence.

It was also written by Delmar Topinio Taclibon that the US government injected death serum to hundreds of other men of Sakay without the benefit of trial.

While it is shown that the traitors participated in the actual making of injustice, it cannot be denied that they were acting as such under the baton of the US government's representatives in the Philippines.

So let us write US President Barrack H. Obama, US Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and US House Speaker John Boehner to consider the demand for admission of guilt and public apology in the name of justice.
