In this part of the footage of the Senate Hearing, ATTY. GLENN CHONG EXPOSED THAT the singular file of the election return from he PCOS Precinct counter was SPLIT INTO ELEVEN FILES OR TALLIES in the data server of the TRANSPARENCY SERVER after it was transmitted or sent electronically by the PCOS machine.



Why? The Smartmatic official who was in the hearing did not know why was it so. All he said was an evasive answer saying he needed to look and examine at the SOURCE CODE to be able to answer that.



The, another witness who was an expert EXPOSED to the Senate Committee that NOT ONE OF THE COMELEC PEOPLE ACTUALLY CONDUCTED THE REVIEW OF THE SOURCE CODE, because these Comelec people assigned to REVIEW THE SOURCE CODE merely signed the papers therefore without reviewing that source code.



The Source Code is the design of the computer program that will dictate how the PCOS machine will count votes and how it will transmit data.



In in this hearing, it was exposed by Atty. Glenn Chong that the PCOS machine must transmit counting results contained in one file name to three servers: (a) the canvassing server used by the board of canvassers in canvassing the total votes coming from all PCOS precincts covered thereny; (b) the national canvassing server; and (c) the TRANSPARENCY SERVER.



Ordinary person literate in computer thinks that THE FILE THAT WAS CREATED BY THE PCOS MACHINE must BE THE SAME FILE THAT SHOULD REACH THE CANVASSING SERVER, MUST BE THE SAME FILE THAT MUST REACH THE NATIONAL CANVASSING SERVER, and MUST BE SAME FILE THAT MUST REACH THE TRANSPARENCY SERVIER.



I believe that the Transparency Server is the backup data used to confirm the data that reached in two other servers.
