SEN. BONG HOPES HIS SIGNATURES ON NAPOLES PDAF FUNDS WERE FORGED

SEN. BONG's NEW TACK ON PORK

This author's friend, Senator Bong Revilla Jr. has a new tack on the pork issue: he hopes all his signatures on letters requesting the release of his PDAF or Pork Barrel Funds were forged by Janet Lim-Napoles or whoever else.

This may support his assertion that he does not personally know who Janet Lim-Napoles, the woman who is now in hiding and is now being fingered as the author of the biggest thievery of pork barrel thus far.

Although it is quite incredible to believe he does not know Napoles, it is still possible because it is but normal for big actors like him to pose for souvenirs with any fan he would never ever remember.

He has asked handwriting experts to determine if his signatures were faked or not in the requests for release of funds for the fake NGOs of Janet Lim-Napoles.

This came upon after the Commission on Audit (COA) released its findings that many beneficiaries of PDAF (Pork Barrel) as listed by NGOs are fake like names taken from the list of 2007 Bar Exam Successful Examinees, Nursing Licensure Examinees and other exams, that many NGOs turned out to have no addresses or not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), that mayors made to appear as the ones requesting for PDAF denied signatures on letters-requests, and many more.

This friend, however, has to contend with the photograph where he even put his right arm on the shoulder of Janet Lim-Napoles and that most of his one-billion-peso PDAF went to Napoles. He may have been fooled for a few times at first but it would be tremendously improbable that he would have been still fooled in the rest of the way when hundreds of millions were already released.

Another thing that is a big obstacle is that his son appeared to be a business partner of a son of Napoles.

As of now, because of the COA reports public opinion toward Bong has upped that he is being looked at to as presumed guilty, like Senator Jinggoy Estrada, Senator Bongbong Marcos, Senator Juan Ponce Enrile and Senator Gringo Honasan, is prevailing and this must be met with HARD AND CLEAR EVIDENCE.

So that it is a better move for Senator Bong to move in the direction where he has the biggest chance of redeeming and recovering his reputation.

The author himself who is Bong's friend doubts if he can hurdle the biggest problem of his political career. That is, although I fervently pray to God to save him if he is indeed innocent.

One more note. The reality in all cases is that it is not the ability of the lawyers that wins cases. It is the evidence.

And before it can be forgotten: IPANDAY ANG KATOTOHAN, BONG!
