PROFESSOR PRESSURED TO RETRACT 

CERTIFICATION THAT CUDIA NOT LATE?

We fear that the manipulators of truth are pressuring Professor Dr. Costales to retract her certification stating that 1st Class Cadet Aldrin Jeff P. Cudia cannot be late.

If this happens, it cannot be believed in by the public because the Supreme Court has ruled time and again that desistance of withdrawal of testimonies are looked with disfavor that these have little value in evidence because of the nature that it is easy to be secured.

The certification of Professor Costales reads:

"I agree and consider that because Cadet CUDIA is under my instruction to wait, and the other cadets still have business with me, it is reasonable enough for him to say that "Our class was dismissed a bit late" (dealing with matter of seconds or a minute particularly 45 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds)

"And with concern to OR432 class, I can say it ended on time (1500H)."

If this statement of the professor is considered, then this contradicts the judgment of the honor committee that Cadet Cudia lied when he said the class of Professor Costales ended at 1500H.

Unless they will muddle the issue on the certification, this certification will stand as the biggest slap on the face of the Honor Committee members.
