And do not ever say that your sex scandal and sexual acts do not have any relation to your job.

After more than a week that the photos depicting Governor Tallado kissing a young woman went viral, he has surrendered. He cried.  He apologized.  He asks his political opponents not to spread further these photos.

In so doing, the governor committed another blatant act: He did it in the Church, an act that is blasphemous.

Additionally, you have lied on the day your wife ran away.  So that not too many believe in your sorry today.

At any rate, let me lecture you, Governor Tallado.

A government official tends to steal money just to sustain sexual desires.

And if the sexual acts committed become an extremely-disgusting scandal plastered all over Facebook, the government official concerned destroyed the office he occupies and he or she lost moral ascendancy to serve the people who voted for him or her.

In the process, such sexual conduct becomes prejudicial to the best interest of the public service, an offense punishable with dismissal from the service.

Also, that sexual conduct is an administrative offense of immorality and it is also punishable.

More, that sexual conduct insulted the Office occupied by the errant official.

Further, that makes an official unfit to office.

More than any academic prowess or excellence, the moral resume is far more important because morality is an assurance of honesty, integrity and effectiveness in the performance of official functions.
