          Colorum jeepneys are continued to be allowed by the operatives from the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), and Pasay & Parañaque traffic offices.

         This particularly continues to happen on the route passing through Airport Road up to Roxas Boulevard and up to EDSA in Pasay City.

          The chairman of Public Transport Alliance of the Philippines (PTAP), Sonny Anarna, and the president of Airman Jeepney Operators and Drivers Association (AJODA), Dadit Garrido, have continued to cry because the more than one year of their insistent followups to apprehend colorum jeepneys plying their routes for years now.

         As proofs of their claims, the photos of colorum jeepneys taken over the week by AJODA official Judit Dimasacat are hereby pasted here.

         They are disgusted that the officials tasked by laws to apprehend colorum or "out-of-line" jeepneys are not acting.

         "WHAT IS THE USE OF THESE FRANCHISE THAT WE PAID FOR AND APPLIED FOR IF THOSE THAT HAVE NO FRANCHISES ARE NOT STOPPED FROM RAPING OUR SUPPOSED INCOME FOR OUR FAMILIES?" stated the exceedingly disgusted Anarna and Garrido.

         

          It is recalled that their years of followup should have resulted good the first week of February but these transport group officials turned out to be a "mockery."

         "Hindi pa dumarating ang mga manghuhuli, hindi na bumibyahe ang mga kolorum! Sino ang nagpaalam sa kanila sa pamamagitan ng text message?" Garrido blasted.

         Those who pretended to have responded were operatives of LTO operatives from its National Capital Region office.

         PTAP and AJODA disclosed that they also sought helped many times for years now from MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino, LTO chief Virginia Torres, the LTFRB, the traffic offices of Pasay and Parañaque but no one moved.

         Alab ng Mamamahayag (ALAM) president Berteni "Toto" Cataluña Causing, who is also the president at the same time of Hukuman ng Mamamayan Movement Inc. (HMMI) helped by referring the groups to National Press Club president Jerry S. Yap, who, in turn, wrote their plaints in his column "Bulabugin" in Hataw newspaper.

         At the same time, the ALAB president and the NPC president referred them to the television program of one of the Tulfo brothers.

        "Dahil s matagal na nmin suliranin sa mga OUT OF LINE sa aming rota dito s lugarin ng BACLARAN, ROXAS BOULEVARD.

 

        "Pinicturan na nmin ang ilan lng sa napakaraming illegal n umaagaw sa aming mga LEGAL na naghahapbuhay.

 

        "Nasaan na ang LTO, MMDA, LOCAL TRAFFIC PASAY AT PARANQUE. BAKIT? MAGKANO? 

 

         "Bakit at magkano na hindi mahuli ang mga ito ng mga ahensya na ito?

 

         "Tagapagpatupad ng BATAS TRAPIKO, 12 years na ang problemang ito na hanggang sa ngayon ang solusyon na hulihin ang mga ILLEGAL na ito ay di pa masumpungan. 

 

          "Wala lang kaming ebidensya kayat sa himutok ng aming kalooban nakakapg-isip na kmi na may lagayan na nangyari kayat d mahuli huli ang mga OUT OF LINE na ito. 

 

           "Maliwanag pa sa sikat ng araw na TRAMO, EDSA, MAGALLANES TO MALL OF ASIA ang inaplayang prankisa ABANDONMENT OF ROUTE na ang ginagawa ng GRUPONG NTESMAJODA O VJODAI. 

 

           "Dapat alam ng isang OPERATOR ang CPC CONDITION, 7days ka lang na di sumunod sa prankisa na inaplayan pwede na makansela ang prankisa.

 

           "Pero, 12 years na nakakapag-operate pa rin mga ito. 

 

            "Sana matulungan ng inyong programa ang matagal n naming suliranin, ma-surveillance din ang nabanggit na suliranin upang ang aming reklamo ay my sapat kming basihan 

 

            "Kaya, gumawa na rin kami ng paraan na kunan ng litrato at video ang mga jeep na ito."
